Didn't we just do this? Yes. The Kings beat the Stars 5-2 in Dallas on October 28th.

So, what have you been up to? After losing to the Kings, the Stars beat (on) Buffalo, Pittsburgh and Phoenix, scoring 15 goals in those games, before losing 5-0 to the Avs.

Well, you're looking good! [Really?] Yeah, I guess. Maybe that's because the Stars, like the Kings, are well-rested; four days with no games. Loui Eriksson has nine goals on 31 shots (SPCT 29%). Brenden Morrow has seven. Brad Richards has six.

Hey, whatever happened to... Back-up Andrew Raycroft (who has started all of two games and played 15 minutes in the Kings game) has better numbers than starter Kari Lehtonen. All five goals allowed by Raycroft came in the Avs loss. So I assume it will be Lehtonen tonight.

How's that workin' for ya? Stars' PK is 28th in the league. However, the Kings' PP is 30th.

OMG, did you hear about... injured Kings: Alexei Ponikarovsky, Willie Mitchell; injured Stars: none.

Where are you getting that the Kings’ PP is 30th in the league? ESPN and NHL.com both have them at 19th in the league.

Ok, we are last in PP% at home, but Dallas is then last in PK% on the road instead of 28th

A sense of rivalry...

…i always feel like we play tough games with dallas…..i remember a few incredible comebacks on them that will be memories forever….or until my Alzheimer’s kicks in!

ps I read on Hammonds blog that Quick is the next two games, then we go on some insane string of 6 games in 10 days, JB will get in some work….idk just FYI…and probably old hat by now….HASTA!

When Simmer got that crazy goal and we were up 3-1 we were really lucky to be. A crazy SH goal by Mitchell too. We definitely got the bounces that night. Quick had some nice saves that I forgot about until I watched the highlights.

Get this — I’m watching the ATL feed of the Thrashers-Wild game, and they show a replay the Brown hit on Mittens — only to say that he deliberately elbowed him in the head, “And that, in my opinion, is the reason why Dustin Brown was suspended.”

Uh…might want to read the papers a bit?
