As JftC "regulars" know, I found a box of pristine Upper Deck NHL cards in storage, and I've been sorting through them. Since the Kings are d-shopping this week, we've been going through defensemen of yesteryear.

It's remarkable how many goalies are getting crushed, run, sat on, slid into, or otherwise interfered with in these old cards; I may do a series on that theme; are modern cards the same?
