Moreau clears waivers " LA Kings Insider
Ethan Moreau cleared waivers this morning, but his ultimate fate has not yet been determined. There are a couple options, including Hunter accepting an assignment to the AHL, or refusing it and being released. Either way, his time with the Kings is done for now. The Kings are scheduled to be on the ice for their morning skate at 10 a.m. in El Segundo.

By putting him on waivers, is DL saying it was a mistake to:
A) sign him in the first place; or
B) to play him every game.
Or, to put it so that the kids can understand, is DL saying:
A) “Yes, Terry, I know I got you this Bag of Glass for Christmas, but I realized it’s a bad toy that you shouldn’t play with anymore.”
B) “You know, Terry, when I got you your new X-Box, I thought it would be fun for you to play with every once in a while. But you’re playing it all the time, you’re like addicted. You spend all your time on the basement couch playing it. There’s more to life. So for your own good I’m taking it away.”
Line combinations are irrelevant until Terry Murray is out.
