Question about the Schedule

Why is it considered two home games for us in Europe, when Buffalo and Anaheim is one and one and New York Rangers get 2 road games. How is that fair for us when our players have the longest time difference and probably will be jet lagged. Not only that but we lose two games at home...WHY? How come no one has mentioned how unfair this is for us...its not like home ice for us has been a total advantage...I think sometimes we do play better on the road. But still how is this fair?

I believe AEG operates the venues where the Kings will be playing, so financially it’s ok for them. And I don’t really think they care whether the Kings play in L.A., Stockholm, or Chicoutimi, as long as the run that arena.
