What's on your wish list? Arrivals? Departures? (Will the Kings in be able to draft in any early round this summer?)
Personally, I want the trade desk at TSN to start playing beer pong or charades.
TRADES SO FAR:
Andrei Kostitsyn is reunited with his brother Sergei in Nashville. The Montreal Canadiens receive a 2013 2nd round pick and a conditional 2013 5th.
Red Wings trade D Mike Commodore to the Tampa Bay Lightning for a conditional 7th round pick. "Conditional 7th round pick" is NHL-speak for "Take him for free, we just want a contract spot."
Oilers trade D Tom Gilbert to Minnesota Wild for D Nick Schultz. Gilbert had been logging heavy minutes in the top four.
Maple Leafs trade D Keith Aulie to the Tampa Bay Lightning for RW Carter Ashton. Both are currently in the AHL.
The San Jose Sharks have apparently acquired LW Daniel Winnik, center T.J. Galiardi and a 7th round pick from the Avalanche, in return for Jamie McGinn, Mike Connelly, and Michael Sgarbossa.
Ottawa Senators trade Brian Lee to Tampa Bay for Matt Gilroy.
Columbus Blue Jackets trade Samuel Pahlsson to Vancouver for two 4th round picks.
Winnipeg trades Johnny Oduya to Chicago for 2013 2nd and 3rd round picks.
New York Islanders trade Brian Rolston and Mike Mottau to Boston for future considerations.
Buffalo Sabres trade Paul Gaustad and a 2012 4th round pick to Nashville Predators for a 2012 1st round pick.
