One note on purchasing -- the official release says that you must phone in your order, and it's not available to purchase online. Well, that's news to me, because I bought it online a whole week ago from the Team LA store's website, right here.

The DVD can only be purchased as part of a package with a commemorative book. That makes it a bit more steep than we were imagining it would be ($60 minimum).

Mileage may vary on this, but I got out my wallet so fast the whole thing only took five minutes. At the time, I thought "At least I'm beating the lockout boycott by a day." But really, I can't imagine not having it. I've been waiting my whole life for this.
