Everything about the Monarchs' Calder Cup win, including player reactions.

Manchester Monarchs

The format of this will be slightly different than I usually make since it's all about the Calder Cup.

Shortly after winning the first ever championship in (Manchester) franchise history, several Monarchs players took to social media to share their enthusiasm. But, more on that later.

I'll put some news coverage of the Monarchs' win here, including some photos from Jon Rosen.

Manchester Monarchs win Calder Cup, crush Utica Comets on Twitter I'm including this solely for the last line. Most of it made me roll my eyes but hey, that's just PD.

Social Media

Over the last couple days, most of the players have taken to their twitter and instagram (those that have it, anyway) accounts to share their gratitude and photos of their victory.

All photos, thoughts and quotes belong to their respective owners; I own nothing, gain no profit from this nor am I responsible for anything that was put on the Internet.

No words.
