NHL Draft Order Announced; Kings Pick 51st
The NHL has released the draft order for the 2016 NHL Draft, which will be held in Buffalo on June 24-25, 2016. The Kings do not have a first-round pick, as it was part of last year's trade for Andrej Sekera; instead, the Carolina Hurricanes have that #21 pick. So LA's first pick is their second-rounder, which is #51. Remaining picks will be at slots #112 (4th round), #142 (5th round), and #202 (7th round). The third-round pick was part of January's Lecavalier/Schenn trade, while the sixth-round pick was the price for LA to move up five spots in the third round last year. May all four picks be winners.
We Ran the Lottery Simulator and Lost 100 Times
