  • Ontario went 2-0-1 over the weekend.
  • The five-game homestand will end on Friday followed by a mini-road trip on Saturday in a home-and-home series against the Barracuda.
  • Their road trip will continue on Wednesday and Friday versus Stockton and San Diego - more on them next week.
  • Overall, the Reign have looked fairly dominant but have lost some recent games due to some mental errors that somehow wind up as a goal against. If that sounds familiar, well it should.
  • The AHL has a silly schedule and Ontario will see inter-divisional and inter-conference opponents quite a few more times this year.

  • Both Eric Comrie and Chase De Leo figure to have lots of friends and family at Wednesday's game. California natives and long-time friends, this will be their first time playing in the Golden State as professionals. You need to see the note that they both signed as teenagers, which promised that they would do whatever it takes to make the NHL + stay best friends.
  • I want a friend like that.
