Given the season-opening injury to JQ, the absences of numerous other key players, and the fact that LA has played fewer home games than every other Western Conference team... this isn’t a terrible place to be on January 1, 2017. The Kings are in a playoff spot, with a positive goal differential and three weeks of California games on the slate.
