February 5: Kyle Clifford and Jack Campbell to the Toronto Maple Leafs in exchange for Trevor Moore, Columbus’ third round pick in the 2020 NHL Draft and a conditional third round pick in 2021

February 17: Tyler Toffoli to the Vancouver Canucks in exchange for Tim Schaller, prospect Tyler Madden (currently of Northeastern University), a 2020 second round pick, and a conditional 2022 fourth round pick if Toffoli
