2020 NHL Free Agency: Every LA Kings trade, signing, transaction, rumor

The Los Angeles Kings enter the 2020 free agency period with a surprising amount of cap space and a team in transition. The addition of Quinton Byfield and a few years of heavy draft work and the Kings are finally getting a leg up on rebuilding the team to its former glory.

With five more contract spots available and four roster spots, the Kings may wait to see how the youth fare when training camps begin at some point in December. But it might not hurt to shore up a veteran or two on a short-term deal, either.
