Coach Mike Stothers, Peter Budaj, Vincent LoVerde, and recent addition Sean Backman represent the Western Conference-leading Ontario Reign this AHL All-Star weekend in Syracuse. Check out why Budaj leads the AHL in wins, shutouts, and save %! See Backman, who paces Ontario with 34 points, and LoVerde, who tops the team’s defenders with 22 points.

Today’s Skills Competition schedule has been released! Of particular note, Backman laces it up for Fastest Skater. Then Backman and LoVerde team up with Bill Ranford’s nephew Brendan in Pass and Score. Finally, Budaj takes on Toronto Maple Leafs super-prospect William Nylander in both the Pass and Score & Breakaway Relay.

In addition to Ontario’s finest, Monday’s All-Star Challenge will see some of the NHL brightest prospects in action. Get a glimpse of the future as Nylander, Nick Ritchie, Mikko Rantanen, Hunter Shinkaruk, and Laurent Brossoit shine.
