This was in the middle of the Kings’ miserable goal scoring funk, and in this one they played terribly. Through most of the slump the effort was there but they just couldn’t get anything past the goalie. This one was different as Phoenix dominated a tired and frustrated Kings team. Here’s to hoping for the complete opposite tonight.
