Hockey players aren’t generally known for their off-ice brilliance, even those that played in the NCAA. The Los Angeles Kings have found a brilliant way to exploit this factoid with their fun intermission/stoppage segments asking the players to name things or, in this case, what the hell is Drew Doughty trying to draw.

There’s so much to unpack in this. I have so many questions. Why does Drew feel that poop enhances the drawing’s clarity? How are turkeys more related to chickens than ducks? Does Drew not even remember what chickens look like?? Maybe Derek Forbort should’ve spent more time studying in school. Good thing these guys are great at playing hockey.
