- So remember last preview when I said Alec Martinez had been very bad? And then he was still bad but he got injured and had to have surgery? I’M SORRY FOR CURSING ALEC MARTINEZ.
- We should all take a minute to laugh at our defence because laughter is better exercise for you and won’t dry out your skin like crying will!!
- I know that different lines were used in practice yesterday morning (Jeff Carter as top line RW, Mike Richards centring Tyler Toffoli and Tanner Pearson, saddling Justin Williams with Dustin Brown and Jarret Stoll, sitting Dwight King in favour of Jordan Nolan), but it all seems so unspeakably horrible to me that I refuse to acknowledge that it’s a gametime possibility.
- The Ducks lineup will look the same this afternoon as it did for the last game, with Corey Perry notably absent and about half of the Ducks’ regular defensive corps out. That didn’t stop them from stomping all over the Kings last game, and I doubt it will stop them from stomping all over the Kings today, unless they get their shit together.
