Game Notes
- Jarret Stoll returns from injury. Now, we wait on Marian Gaborik.
- Former King Marc-Andre Cliche!
- Former Shark Brad Stuart! (heh, they willingly picked up Brad Stuart)
- The teams are playing on an Olympic ice surface in Colorado Springs, so in reality, this game matters even less than every other preseason game.
- Colorado is glad these games don't matter; they are 0-5-1 in the 2014 preseason. The Kings, of course, are 4-0-1. Do we get a banner for preseason success?
- Tonight's third line looks an awful lot like a potential regular season fourth line. Especially if Darryl Sutter eventually moves Jeff Carter back to Mike Richards' wing...
- ... but tonight, at least, we still get 70-77-73. A beautiful sight, though we won't actually see it tonight.
- People wanted a gamethread two nights ago, so here is one tonight! Let's see who's paying attention.
