The Monarchs are only dressing 16 skaters tonight thanks to the Kings callups and injuries to Zach O’Brien, Brian O’Neill, Ian O’Connor, and Nick Shore. I’ll try to bring in-game updates in this thread.
Game Notes
– Monarchs (10-3-1-2) are 1st in the Atlantic division and 1st in the Eastern conference. Admirals (8-5-0-3) are 4th in the East division and 6th in the Eastern conference.
– Monarchs are coming off of a 4-1 loss to the Portland Pirates last night while the Admirals are coming off of a 4-3 victory over the Providence Bruins. Thankfully they traded away last night’s number one star and their leading scorer, Peter Holland, to the Toronto Maple Leafs today.
– Monarchs are 4-1-1-0 at home this season. Admirals are 6-2-0-2.

There is no fourth line due to a shortage of warm bodies.
