Rank the Players: Kings Still Up By Five Points on Sharks!

After Jonathan Quick’s miraculous save to close out the second period, the stage was set for the Los Angeles Kings to continue the trend of road teams winning in this series. Instead, San Jose surged to make the division race just a little tighter for everyone.

The Masterton nominee and the Vezina contender both had some shining moments tonight, but they didn’t leave much for the rest of the team. At least, the rest of the team didn’t take much of the spotlight, with the top six (and, notably, Kopitar’s line) failing to threaten Martin Jones as much as San Jose pestered Quick. Vincent Lecavalier‘s two goals were the lone tallies for LA.
