Remember when the Los Angeles Kings couldn’t figure out how to win in regulation? Yeah, we don’t remember either.

Rank the Players:

So make it four straight for the Kings, who outplayed the Islanders for long stretches, but appeared to be preparing for overtime after giving up a goal on the one rebound chance they left for the Islanders. Then Dwight King scored at the end of a power play, he scored AGAIN 25 seconds later on a rush, Jake Muzzin potted an empty-netter shortly after, and LA left with a 4-2 victory. Oh, and Trevor Lewis assisted on both Dwight King goals. Their center was Anze Kopitar, who got an assist on the Kings’ first goal, but he unexpectedly dodged the headlines tonight.
