Rank the Players: Iginla Leads the Way in Calgary

With tonight’s game in Calgary threatening to turn into a bit of a clown show, the Kings instead turned on the scoring and took the Flames (and their crowd) right out of it. Rank ‘em:

It’ll go down as Jarome Iginla’s night, even though he didn’t have a single shot on goal; he picked up a goal when Dougie Hamilton put one in his own net, assisted on Jeff Carter’s first goal-on-a-goalie since February 9, and fought Deryk Engelland as a tense first period wound down. I can only assume that the reason for there not being further fights was everyone’s respect for Iginla, though Andy Andreoff did try to get something going later. He had an eventful night.

Everyone did, actually, but we’ll save that for the recap.
