  • 3 points, they finish no lower than 8th, no higher than 4th. Most likely: 6th. Least likely: 4th/8th.
  • 2 points, they finish no lower than 8th, no higher than 4th. Most likely: 6th. Least likely: 4th.
  • 1 point, they finish no lower than 9th, no higher than 7th. Most likely: 8th. Least likely: 9th.
  • 0 points, they finish no lower than 9th, no higher than 7th. Most likely: 8th. Least likely: 7th or 9th.

Tonight

PHX @ LAK — Kings win and they clinch a playoff spot.

STL @ CHI —  A Hawks loss coupled with a Kings win means the Hawks can’t finish higher than the Kings.

SJS @ ANA — A Ducks loss coupled with a Kings win means the Ducks can’t finish higher than the Kings.

COL @ DAL — A Stars loss means the Kings clinch a playoff spot, if they haven’t already.
