Slava Voynov has pleaded no contest to a single misdemeanor count of corporal injury to a spouse.
The agreement was finalized this morning at a hearing in Torrance, CA .

Voynov also has to pay fines of approximately $700 and do a 52-week domestic violence course and 8 hours of community service.

Voynov must do counseling. Come back Oct. 5 to show he’s in a program.

If Voynov violates probation, DA says, 90 days will become 364.

The hearing just ended, and Voynov and his attorney declined comment as he left the courtroom. Voynov remains indefinitely suspended by the NHL, as well as under a team-imposed, injury-related suspension.

UPDATE: The Los Angeles Kings have released a statement.
We believe the legal system has effectively resolved this matter and the punishment is fair and just. Any act of domestic violence is unacceptable. As an organization, the prevention of domestic violence and the education of our players and employees is of paramount importance. We will continue to actively develop and implement a strategy to deliver this message. We remain steadfast in our support of the National Hockey League as they now begin their own investigative process. Until that is complete we will withhold further comment.
