The NHL season is almost here! Los Angeles Kings fans have to wait a little longer as LA’s first game isn’t until October 5th, three days after the season officially opens. To get ready for the season, I am previewing the Pacific Division.
Up first, I chatted with two Alberta fans, Preston Hodgkins and Michael MacGillivray from sister SBN blogs Copper and Blue (Edmonton Oilers) and Matchsticks and Gasoline (Calgary Flames) about the provincial rivalry, the teams’ top players, and who to keep an eye on that may fly under the radar. Plus, Michael and I discuss Drew Doughty and Matthew Tkachuk’s growing bitterness towards each other.
