Mediocrity reigned supreme last night. The Kings couldn’t generate anything offensively and subsequently were shutout. Good thing that’s the first time that’s happened this season.
And being that tonight is Halloween, if you live in the eastern time zone and would rather go to a part or take your kids trick-or-treating, no one would blame you for skipping a game that is sure to be a barn burner.

I’m not really sure what to make of this signing since they already have too many guys as it is on the back end, no injuries of note (their season just started) and they sent prospect Zac Leslie back to juniors for an over-age season despite impressing at camp. It’s an interesting move. Many PTOs don’t end up working out, though, so I wouldn’t put too much thought into it.
