Off-Day Watch 2/12: Coming Home

Good morning from Washington D.C.! Last night the Kings finished up their long east coast road trip against the defending champs. I was in the crowd for the game last night and had a great view to watch the Kings end their road trip with a 6-4 loss to the Capitals. This morning though I’m trying to think of the positives. The Kings got seven out of a possible 12 points from the trip which while not excellent is still pretty solid. Austin Wagner looked pretty dang good last night, Trevor Lewis is back and now the Kings head home for about a week and a half before coming right back to the East Coast. Bring on the links.

Evening Entertainment

There’s a lot of hockey on tonight. If you’re interested in a Pacific Division match-up, the Golden Knights host the Coyotes at 7:00 p.m. Pacific. The main game of the night has to be in Tampa as the Flames face the Lightning in a battle of two of the league’s best this year. That game starts at 4:30 p.m. Pacific and will be shown on both NHL.TV and ESPN Plus.
