You again! [Game #14 Preview – DAL]

Didn’t we just do this? Yes. The Kings beat the Stars 5-2 in Dallas on October 28th.

[Relive the magic:]

So, what have you been up to? After losing to the Kings, the Stars beat (on) Buffalo, Pittsburgh and Phoenix, scoring 15 goals in those games, before losing 5-0 to the Avs.

Well, you’re looking good! [Really?] Yeah, I guess. Maybe that’s because the Stars, like the Kings, are well-rested; four days with no games. Loui Eriksson has nine goals on 31 shots (SPCT 29%). Brenden Morrow has seven. Brad Richards has six.

Hey, whatever happened to… Back-up Andrew Raycroft (who has started all of two games and played 15 minutes in the Kings game) has better numbers than starter Kari Lehtonen. All five goals allowed by Raycroft came in the Avs loss. So I assume it will be Lehtonen tonight.

How’s that workin’ for ya? Stars’ PK is 28th in the league. However, the Kings’ PP is 30th.

OMG, did you hear about… injured Kings: Alexei Ponikarovsky, Willie Mitchell; injured Stars: none.

You’re not still mad about that, are you? Lauri Tukonen.

Okay, well, nice to see you as always… season series: Kings up, 1-0. This is game two of six.
