Did you miss something over the past season?
Perhaps, is that thing you missed the sound of our voices, coming to you through your laptop speakers or headphone or your car or wherever you personally listen to podcasts?
Well, guess what? You’re in luck! Because we’re back, and we’re confident this year will be better than ever for Jewels from the Crown: the Audio Edition.
Today, we’ve got two announcements for you along those lines.
First, we are now officially part of the Vox Media Podcast Network! We join other SB Nation hockey sites like Broad Street Hockey, Anaheim Calling, and Blueshirt Banter, and over 80 other shows spread across the entire Vox Media world.
What does this mean for you? The biggest change is that you’ll start to hear brief ads during the show, just like I’m sure you’re used to from many other podcasts that you listen to. These ads help support Jewels from the Crown so that we can continue to work hard to bring you the best content for your ears.
With that, our next announcement: We’re officially re-launching the JFTC podcast!
We’re pleased to introduce Crown Conversations, a Kings update podcast hosted by Robyn, who will be joined by special guests and JFTC contributors (including yours truly) to talk about what’s going on with the Kings, Reign, prospects, and the whole wide world of hockey.
We’ve got our first brief taste for you of Crown Conversations below, in this handy shiny web player:
We are also working to make sure that you can continue to listen to the JFTC podcast wherever you listen to podcasts the most. It may take a few days for things to be magically beamed across the internet wires or whatnot.
